Composite Fillings
Composite fillings (also called white fillings) match the color of your natural tooth enamel. Many of our patients choose tooth-colored fillings for adult front teeth that are more visible. Composite fillings can also be used on the back teeth.
Root Canals
When the pulp inside your tooth is infected, you’ll need to schedule an appointment with our Grand Rapids root canal dentist. He’ll be able to remove the infected dental pulp and restore your tooth back to its natural strength and appearance.
Mouth Guards
Mouth guards are used by athletes to prevent dental sports injuries. A custom mouth guard made by our Grand Rapids sports dentist will prevent having to pay for expensive tooth restoration in the event of an injury.
Emergency Dental Services
Delaying emergency dental care will only increase your risk for permanent tooth damage, which will need more extensive and costly dental restoration treatments. During a dental emergency, our Grand Rapids dentist and his team do everything possible to fit you into the schedule so you can be seen right away.
Sleep Apnea & Snoring
Sleep apnea and snoring can be potentially serious disorders, causing breathing to stop and start during sleep. Our Grand Rapids dentist can provide you with safe and effective options to reduce or eliminate these frustrating and dangerous issues.
Bite Splints
A bite splint is designed to fit into the roof of your mouth to prevent nighttime teeth grinding. Bite splints for teeth grinding are used to prevent damage to your teeth, such as worn tooth enamel and cracks.
CEREC® Treatment
CEREC® (Chairside Economical Restorations of Esthetic Ceramic) is a new way of making tooth restorations so your tooth can be prepped and fitted with the dental restoration in the same day. In the past, patients had to wait several weeks for dental restorations to be made in the lab.
Night Guards
Our Grand Rapids dentist knows that teeth grinding can damage enamel, wear down teeth, irritate gums, and create jaw pain. The noise from nighttime teeth grinding can also disturb your partner’s sleep.
Wisdom Teeth Removal
Our dentist can help you deal with the frustration and uncertainty surrounding whether wisdom teeth extraction is necessary for your child. While wisdom teeth can be a valuable asset to your mouth when they are healthy and properly positioned, problems may develop that require their removal.
